By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or booking transportation with FindDriver ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the website or request service.

2. Description of Services

FindDriver provides chauffeured ground transportation, including airport transfers, executive car service, designated driver service, event transportation, and related concierge coordination, primarily within the Greater Los Angeles area. Services are provided by Dosto International LLC, a licensed and insured passenger transportation company. Specific availability depends on chauffeur capacity, service-area feasibility, and timing.

3. Booking, Confirmation, and Pricing

All transportation requests are subject to dispatcher confirmation. A request submitted through this website or by phone is an offer to engage our services and does not create a binding reservation until we confirm the booking, including applicable rate, vehicle class, and pickup window. Rates, taxes, gratuity practices, wait-time charges, surcharges, and any minimums will be communicated at confirmation. Payment terms are agreed in writing or by recorded communication before the trip and are payable on the schedule specified at confirmation.

4. Cancellation, No-Show, and Wait Time

Standard cancellation, no-show, and wait-time policies will be disclosed at the time of confirmation and may vary by service tier and event type. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full reserved amount. Wait time beyond the included grace period is billed at the rate disclosed at confirmation.

5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup details, contact information, and itinerary updates.
• Refrain from smoking, vaping, transporting illegal substances, or engaging in illegal conduct in our vehicles.
• Treat chauffeurs and dispatch staff with the same professional respect we extend to you.
• Reimburse us for any cleaning, repair, or remediation costs caused by passenger conduct (cleaning fees and damage charges will be documented and disclosed).

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or that materially threatens our chauffeurs, vehicles, or other passengers.

6. Lost Property

We will use reasonable efforts to locate and return property left in our vehicles, but we are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or left behind. Requests should be made promptly to 323-540-0223.

7. Insurance

Dosto International LLC maintains commercial passenger transportation insurance as required by applicable California and federal regulations. Insurance details are available on request. Our insurance applies during chauffeured service in our vehicles. For drive-my-car services performed in your vehicle, the primary insurance coverage is generally yours; please confirm your policy covers a non-owner operator before booking.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE AND ANY INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT LIMIT OUR OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES THEMSELVES, WHICH WE PROVIDE WITH THE PROFESSIONAL CARE EXPECTED OF A LICENSED PASSENGER CARRIER.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT MAY NOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY ARISING FROM PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE), Dosto International LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A BOOKING WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THAT BOOKING, EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dosto International LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c) damage to our vehicles or harm to our personnel caused by you or your guests, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic conditions, road closures, civil disturbance, public health emergencies, governmental action, labor disputes, or acts of God. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate the impact and restore service.

12. Intellectual Property

The FindDriver name, logos, copy, and website design are owned by Dosto International LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15 below, any action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us first at dostollc@gmail.com to resolve any concern informally. Either party may also bring an individual claim in small claims court for matters within that court's jurisdiction. Other formal dispute resolution mechanisms (such as binding arbitration or class-action waivers) may be added by amendment to these Terms following review by qualified counsel; until then, ordinary court remedies under Section 14 apply.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms disclosed at booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dosto International LLC regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
